THE PRODUCT SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1-IN CASE THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED DUE TO THE FAULT OF THE CUSTOMER.
2-IN CASE THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN ALTERED BY THE CUSTOMER.
3-IN CASE THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN WASHED, USED, SPOILT OR WORN BY THE CUSTOMER.
4-PLEASE NOTE, GIFT CARDS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, HOWEVER SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS, THEY CAN BE USED/ REDEEMED FOR THE PERIOD OF 1 YEAR.
5-PLEASE NOTE ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED WITH ORIGINAL LABELS & PACKAGING, ONCE THE SAID TAG & LABEL HAVE BEEN REMOVED, THE PRODUCT SHALL IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE RETURNABLE.
6- THE PURCHASED PRODUCT WILL NOT BE ELIGBLE FOR A REFUND IF THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED WITHOUT SAID RETURN TAG, ORIGINAL LABELS AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING, IN CASE WHERE IN YOU STILL SEND US SUCH A PRODUCT, WE SHALL SEND IT BACK TO YOU SOLELY AT YOUR EXPENSE & RISK.
7-UPON THE RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT, WE WILL REASONABLY INSPECT THE RETURNED PRODUCT AND NOTIFY YOU WITH IN 2 WORKING DAYS OF RECIEPT OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT, WHETHER THE RETURNED PRODUCT IS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR A RETURN (AS PER OUR POLICIES).
8-UPON YOU REGISTERING YOUR ISSUES WITH US ON RETURN OF RELEVANT PRODUCT, WE MAY REQUEST YOU TO SUBMIT PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE PRODUCT TO APPROVE THE RETURN.
9-IN CASE THE ITEM HANDED OVER TO THE COURIER PERSON DOESN’T MATCH THE DETAILS OF THE ITEMS MENTIONED IN THE RETURN REQUEST, WE WILL CONDUCT AN INTERNAL INVESTIGATION AND GET BACK TO YOU ACCORDINGLY.
10-WE MAKE 1 ATTEMPT TO PICKUP THE ITEM, YOU HAVE TO HANDOVER THE ORIGINAL UNUSED PRODUCT (WITH ALL THE TAGS AND PACKAGING INTACT) TO OUR DELIVERY STAFF ONCE HE/ SHE ARRIVES FOR THE RETURN PICK UP, IF YOU MISS THE TIME SLOT GIVEN BY OUR PICKUP TEAM THEN YOUR PICKUP REQUEST WILL BE MARKED AS FAILED, YOU CAN INITIATE A NEW RETURN REQUEST IF THE ITEM MEETS THE RETURN CRITERIA AND IS WITH IN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.
11-THE 2ND PICK UP (WHICH IS AFTER RAISING THE RETURN REQUEST FOR THE SECOND TIME) WILL BE OUR LAST PICKUP ATTEMPT AND THE PICKUP SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE BORNE BY YOU IN THIS CASE.
