IF UNFORTUNATELY YOU HAVE TO CANCEL AN ORDER, YOU CAN CANCEL AN ORDER UNTIL IT HAS BEEN PACKED AT OUR WAREHOUSE

TO CHECK THE ORDER STATUS, YOU NEED TO LOGGED INTO YOUR MIAMINX ACCOUNT AND TAP ON ‘ORDER HISTORY’ SECTION UNDER MY ACCOUNT SECTION, THEN SELECT ORDER STATUS, IF THE ORDER STATUS SHOWS ‘PACKED’ THEN IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOUR PRODUCT IS PACKED, WE WILL REFUND THE ENTIRE AMOUNT.

ANY AMOUNT PAID WILL BE CREDITED INTO THE SAME PAYMENT MODE USING WHICH THE PAYMENT WAS MADE.
